Pls provide opinion and legal advice to purchase Revenue site having BBMP B khata without DC conversation.
BBMP khatha even if A khatha is only for Collection of taxes and at most will show who is in possession, and has no relationship either to title or regularity of Site formation. No DC conversion means it is still a revenue land. You will be taking a risk in buying it.
