Reserved Jugdement matter where i waant to add new facts

Can i file a new appliaction if there is a change in facts/scenario of the pending reserved judgement? or a can a new document be filed when a judgement is reserved

of course you can. a judgment is not final until it is passed. file an application to adduce new/ changed facts and mention the same before the court. there is a good chance that the court will hear it

Unless and until there are extraordinary circumstances which happened post the arguments and submission of written arguments, only then the judge may consider as its discretionary. Generally, the time under (judgment reserved) is for the judges to have time to dictate the judgment.
