I have ancestral plot at bhor. Which comes under hydroelectric department ( Irregation Vibhaag)
This reservation is since 1926 @ the time of Britishers.
I wish to make do it reservation free.
Can you help me in this?
Can we try to remove this reservation under Bhumi adhigrahan act 2013.
you will have to first address this issue before the office bearer and then file a writ petition as for more than 100 years the reservation is not being implemented, even the state government haven't exercises their right, I just cannot be kept on tenterhooks.
