I want to purchase resale sra flat. Building has completed the 10 years. I want to know which documents are required from sellar and from buyer to do property registration . And from where can i do this process. Is domicile certificate compulsory required from buyer? If dont have domicile certificate can use any other document insted of that?

Please get all the papers checked and the agreement drafted by a lawyer. 10years is only one condition, is there any litigation or not needs to be checked. And public notice to be issued before such transactions.
