Resale flat through endorsement

29-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
We are buying flat in Delhi NCR in a society. The whole story is that the sellor is a vendor/supplier in that society construction and in compansation to his billing/payment, the builder has gave a flat in lieu of payment. The property is still in raw condition and un-registered since the vendor has no plans to stay/own that flat in future. We as buyer, reached there and plan to buy that flat then we come to know all this. Since there is no dues on that flat the seller is ok and happy with the dealing bcz his payment is going to release which was earlier blocked. Now the builder has amended the old agreement with that vendor name and our name as endorsement. and soon we will do its registry. Can you please advice that is there anything on which we should worry about??
