Rera Order Implementation Not Taking Place

Recently we have a won case in Rera against builder where rera ordered to give refund with intrest but implementation of order is not taking place what should be do ? Can we approach supreme court directly or High court . Along with us many home buyers is not getting even after rera judgement
You should approach the RERA Appellate Tribunal by preferring an appeal against the order of RERA. You cannot approach High Court or Supreme Court directly. Once your remedy in RERA AT is exhausted and you still are unsatisfied, you may approach the High Court. If aggrieved by the Order of the High Court as well, you may proceed to seek the Supreme Court's intervention.

you have approched a forum which is been newely formed and it implementing authorities arejot yet fully operational as per law you optained the order from rera court and you also won the case but in tht case also you have fight a big legal fight still left. so you have to file more cases in appropiate forum to get the refund of ur koney from the builder. thanks.

Sir, there is a procedure of execution which has to be followed after the order is passed. The execution can be filed after the time mentioned in the order. The execution can be made physically and online with Rera only.
