RERA has issued refund order but builder has not responded

I have received the RERA order for refund of my amount from the property owner. But Its been more than 45 days I have not received any response or refund from the builder. What is the next step I need to take. I saw multiple responses here asking to move in different directions which is confusing. Can someone please let me know what action should I take next as I have't seen any response from the builder yet on RERA judgement?
File an execution case against them and the tribunal will issue notice and take necessary action against them and find out whether they have filed appeal or not, if appeal filed and order stayed you have to appear before appellate authority
