Requirement of NOC from society to gift flat property to daughter

I stay in andheri east. I want to gift my flat to my daughter. Do I need n o c from the society to make a gift deed
It is prudent to obtain NOC from society before transferring any properties to avoid further disagreements. The society is bound to register the transfer if all the society outgoings are paid. The society can charge transfer fees.
