Request for Legal Assistance on Inheritance and Property Matters

17-Jan-2025 (In Property Law)
My mother passed away 6 months ago, owning 50% of 3 properties. My father transferred her share to himself via relinquishment deeds, listing himself and his two daughters as surviving members. He passed away 3 weeks ago. Upon reviewing, we found the deeds and surviving member certificate missed the names of the two sons of our late sister (who passed away 4.5 years ago). We are four legal heirs and wish to correct the documents. Seeking advice on process, timeline, and costs.

we need to see the documents which have been registered. if the parties are available we will have to see whether rectification can be done or otherwise another relinquishment deed can be done or not. process depends on the actuals documents. surviving member can be made again with correct details
