They resubmit after 385 days saying file was missing in lawyer's office
Under section 151 of cpc
hi first need to see the contents of the notice for filing petition with abnormal delay and the reasons for filing such petition and based on that you could file reply and deny it and based on that you could ask the court to dismiss the case
