Rental Agreement Copy By Developer In Redevelopment Project

Hello
Would like to have a copy of rental agreement by developer in redevelopment project defining all amenities which has to be registered in the court of law.
We stay in South Mumbai hence this agreement should be registered with whom - their address
Dear Querist, most of the developers either offer monetary compensation or rental premises (called as temporary alternate accommodation). If it is rental premises builders execute it as normal leave and licensee agreement. Amenities are to be mutually decided between you and developer.
