Rent agreement with possession

02-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My father (purchaser 1), I (purchaser 2) and my younger brother(Purchaser3) have entered into a sale agreement with possession with my uncle(my father's younger brother(Seller) for a part site measuring 14 feet by 64 feet out of total site 41 feet by 64 feet. It's an unregistered agreement on a e stamp paper. We have also constructed RCC house in the said site. We hve paid full consideration of the site through cheque issued by my brother(Purchaser 3). Now my uncle (seller) is not ready to get the said site registered in the purchasers name. As my dad being purchaser 1 and own brother of the seller is not ready to file a suit as they are blood relatives. Can I (purchaser 2) and my younger brother(purchaser 2) can file a suit against my uncle and what will be the expected results from the court.
