Remove of name from joint house paper

Christian religion. I own a house in Mumbai which is on me and my husband name. I am the first holder of the house and my husband is the second holder. My husband has not been staying with me for the past six and a half years. We have been separated but not legally. So is there any way that i can remove his name from the papers.
Ans:- there is no way to remove the name of your husband unless you get him declared legally dead from a civil court as his whereabouts are not known to you since the past few years.
once the civil court declares him dead, you can be owner of the entire share in the house.
