Removal of co-owners name in registered sale deed after death

I had purchased an apartment few years ago in Bengaluru making my Mother as co- owner as I was getting discount on Loan interest by SBI. But sadly my mother passed away 4 months ago and now I am not sure how to get my mothers name removed from the Sale deed so that there will be no problem when I plan to sell this home in future.
Please let me know which will be the easiest and fastest way.
There is a only one way to do this, you have to obtain death certificate of your mother, apply for succession certificate in court and remove the name of your mother from the Khata. there is no way to do this faster.
