Remedy to stop co owners in interfering with commericial activitiy

02-Oct-2024 (In Property Law)
We own a undivided property. Me and my cousin sisters have inherited it through a valid will. The property is a century old property of about 20 cottahs and is fit for renting out for wedding ceremonies and events. Can I carry on weddings and other commercial event without their approval or consent. What is the remedy if they try and interfere or stop it. The property is based in Kolkata

To give opinion it is necessary to know whether you are governed by Hindu Law and if yes, then whether that Will has been probated by the competent Court of law or not and registered Deed of assent made or not. If you wish to have teleconsultation upon online payment, then can Whatsapp.
