Remedy in a case where there is registered gift deed In our favor

Sir my greatgrand mother had two sons, my grandfather and his brother. My great grand mother had 10 acres of land by her name. She gave 5 acres of land to my grandmother and 5 acre to my father and my two uncles by a registered gift deed. My grandfathers brother had filed a title suit and partition suit on these two gift deeds. Sir i want to know if my grandfathers brother wins the suit then what will happen to that land
As per hindu law , land which exclusively belongs to a women considered as stri dhan and she can give the same to any body by way of any instrument. If your grand mother had given land to some one no body can challange the same.

If grandfather's brother wins the case, he will get 5 acre of the land and the rest 5 acre will be distributed among the heirs of grandfather.
However, great grandmother had legally transferred the land. Hence, weak chance for grandfather's brother to win.
