Remedy for wrong recording of ancestral property to wrong coparcenary

Ancestral property separated among the copertioner in current settlement but a pice of land wrongly recorded in the name of wrong copertioner the person claiming wrong recording have the possession since partition but other dispuing it what is the remedy
Apply for sabik details of that piece of land and then after confirmation about the manner by which his name was wrongly recorded, file civil suit for declaring such R.O.R null and void. That's all you could do for deleting his name from the R.O.R.
