RElief against builder in RERA and interim order to stay bank auction

I was alloted apartment by builder on payment of rupees 15 lac however the builder was having loan of bank on the land where flats were constructed the project is incomplete the bank is auctioning my flat to recover loan of builder can I go in RERA TO OBTAIN Interim order against bank auction and also for possession from builder
on the above mentioned query you have to be go to the High Court for filing first appeal against the order for auction of the property are the land in question . the filing of the first appeal with the prayer of interim relief that is the stay on the auction process immediately .
