RELESE DEED OR RELINQUISHMENT DEED

In case one of the legal heirs (elder son) wishes to release / relinquish his rights over an intestate property inherited upon death of parent, to another legal heir (younger son), without consideration (out of love and affection) what is the appropriate document to be prepared? Release deed or Relinquishment Deed?

you have to prepare release deed not relinquish deed .if any correction that time only prepare relinquition deed. so it is possible to make a draft legaly .and present before subrigister office both parties apear volantrily . In subrigisrer office with consent witnesss 2witness are required.
