26-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi, a co-owner of the joint property(Hindu) wants to sell his share to the other co-owner. All required documents(tax paid receipt, ID proofs etc) are in order..just wanted to check if khata certificate(year 2011) and survana khata(year 2011) will be fine or should I need to apply for latest khata extract to proceed with release Deed and Registration? Also, what would be the total cost for Release Deed and Registration in Bengaluru?
