Relatives not vacating house, how to get eviction done?

We have a house which is getting used by one of our close relative. We had given it for some time but now they are using for last 4 years. There is no rent or money from them. So what is best way to get them out of house without any more complications ( since they are our close relative ) ? We are hindu by religion

Whether you have made any agreement in writing with your relative? And if your relative is not vacating premises amicably then only option left is to initiate legal process to make him evict te premises. You can call me for detail assistance

The religion doesn't play any role in that. It is necessary to understand whether the house you have given them to stay is Pagadi promises or ownership. If the premises are ownership then you can ask them to execute an agreement of leave and license now mentioning the period of 4 years and then after the completion of that period send them a notice of eviction.
