Hi,
I have question regrading the Slum rehab buidling related, What rule to pay maintenance in slum rehab scheme, If you take possession without allottment letter you are eligible for maintenance or should pay maintenance after receiving allotment letter,
You should pay Maintenance after receiving allotment letter in a Slum Rehabilitation Scheme. If it is not agreeable to either SRA Developer or to the Builder, then, you can serve a legal notice via me to them to charge Maintenance from you after issuing to you the allotment letter.
