It is possible to get stamping and registration done for a Gift Deed in a registrar /sub-registrar office different from the local one if same is within the same state of West Bengal? 2. Was above provision there in 1989 in West Bengal? 3. Are/were there any condition for both 1 and 2 above (i.e. the registration being possible)?
you Can register the gift deed in the office of the Register of assurance Kolkata. In R.a Calcutta all Immovable properties of West Bengal can be registered. There are also Some registration Office available .
