Can the common amenities like Clubhouse, swimming pool, play area, gym etc be registered in the name of Apartment Association. Is it necessary to have them registered. What are pros and cons
yes the common area where are manatees are built have to be registered by the Builder in favour of the the apartment Association. if it is not a done, instead of asking pros and cons just imagine that if not so registered such area will remain in the ownership of the Builder landowner.
