Registration of Ancestral Land Require What All Documents n Procedure

23-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Is Agriculture Land in Tamilnadu with Patta, Chitta and A-Extract. Land registered in name of grand father, grand mother and other three sons. This with similar other lands when partitioned among sons was allotted to first son. Now had to be registered in name of grandson, the legal heir. Grand father and Grand mother are no more. Two other sons won't appear. Lands allotted to other two sons did registered their allotted lands in their names later only after demise of Grand father and Grand mother. Now what are the documents needed and any consent required for registration of this land.

partitioned among sons was allotted to first son. Now had to be registered in name of grandson -------------------- Ans : When a property get partitioned the share given under the partitioned deed becomes the absolute property of the individual to whom it is allotted. In your case the Mr.X (son) got a absolute title in respect of his share and he can give it to his son Mr. Y (Grand son) through a family settlement deed during his life time. Signature of Y's uncles is not required for the property in hand of Mr. X . Also consult a good property Lawyer in your locality with the documents in your hand with respect to the property in question.
