Registration of 150 yard open plot pending from 20008 by country club

I paid Rs.85000 to country club in20008. Club gifted me 150 yards open plot but till now they are not registered the plot on my name .In 2020 they collect Rs. 5000 for LRS. Now they are refusing to register the plot on my name.
Simple, Approach the Consumer Court in-person or hire a lawyer to represent with all the evidence you have collected all these years.
Just drop a final email that you shall be knocking the doors of Justice if not registered and then you are good to approach the consumer court.
