Registration and Name Transfer of MHADA house bought in 1992

My father bought MHADA house in 1992 from party A in Mumbai city.
Since then my father did not transfer the name and did not pay registration and stamp duty.
The house is still in name of party A
Now we want to transfer house in my fathers name.
Party A is dead and we have zero contact with them. We live in this house since 1992 till present. How can we transfer name in my father name and pay stamp duty registration. Please provide legal advice to proceed further. Religion Hindu
You can get the Property transferred through Amnesty Scheme. However, you have to pay the late filing fee for doing late Property Registration and Payment of Stamp Duty Charges. Get the Property registered as soon as possible.
