Registery shown less amount and mutation not needed.

I bought a commercial land (600 Sqft) in Neemrana, jaipur. I have paid 23 lacs for the property, but the amount shown in registry document is 9 lacs only. nAnd the property manager says registering with less amount is business as usual and mutation is not needed as property is already registered. nCan i ask to do registry again with correct amount or what steps to take please guide me.
As per the query made by you, you have to understand the concept of market value and DLC value. Generally the registry of any property is done on the DLC (Minimum price of land valued by Government) and the actual price is paid as per the Market Value.
