Registering the house to a grandson when the daughter are alive.

30-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
We are 5 daughters for my father and myself 4th in the list. My first sister's son grown along with us from 2 years of his age. Now my father is planning to register the house to that grandson but we are not at all agreed to their decision . But they are stubborn to register it for that grandson. Is it possible handle this case legally and register the house under the name of 6 people along with 5 daughers and that grandson instead of that grandson alone?FYI that grandson has two daughter alone.

If the property is self-acquired by your father out of his own earnings then he has all the right to transfer it to anyone. If the property is an ancestral one then the scenario will be different. More info is necessary regarding the property.

In this case, I would like to know that property self-earned by your father or it's something else and further presently who is the possession of that property. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
