Registered settlement deed cancelled after 27 years of execution

My grand mother wrote a registered settlement deed in favour of my father in 1990 without any condition stating that she is giving the property with love, till she is alive she will be taking the life interest only.she is staying with us only till 2017.
In the year 2017 she was taken by another son to his house after 27 years and cancelled the deed in sub register office and wrote the property to him.
after transferring to him they have gone to court and raised a civil case against my father
hi first need to see the contents of the civil suit filed by your uncle and after going through it you could file written statement and if it us unilateral cancellation then you could approach court to set aside the cancellation decree
