BUYER OF my FLAT IS HESITANT TO SERVE A XEROX COPY OF REGD AGREEMENT DTD 4/3/2021 DUE TO LACK OF AWARENESS AND WRONG ADVISES FROM ILL ADVISED FRIENDS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO GET A COPY FOR MY RECORD AS SOLD MY PROPERTY ON LOSS DUE TO PANDEMIC, I MAY NEED IT FOR IT RECORDS.

Tell him you need to give the documentation to your CA for official records You are entitled to obtain the photocopy of your registered document as you have sold the property In case he refuses to issue the same you may serve a notice upon him for the same

Dear client you can get the certify copy of agreement from the office of sub- registrar of property by making application for same and after paying a required fees...you need the details of document number and accordingly u can get the certify copy of agreement.

if you feel that copy of sale is essentials for you then you can get it from Government records. you can get sale deed from registry office. apply there with necessory fees or take help of some lawyer or friends to get it. you will get certified copy of that sale deed.
