Registered a house property as a empty land

Sir, I have purchased empty plot and after 10 years I have noted issues with my deed, that in the measurement total 2622sqft but east west dimensions wrongly mentioned in the deed, 10 year duration i was build a house. When I went to take loan against property, that time i found the deed mistakes, then I apply for rectification deed but I got rectification deed in that there is also mentioned empty land. But I have a house there, now what shoud i do?
We have to clarify the documents, get it done through Registration department. We have to get the clear facts and status. Once the status is clear, we shall approach the Registration department for the same and send a representation.
