Regist Agreement by party A + Owner sold by Absolute Deed to Party B

1. Owner made a registered sale agreement with Party A
2. Registered Sale Agreement Validity - 6 Months
3. Party A had to pay some amount to Owner and there were some cheque which bounced
4. Owner did not cancel the registered sale agreement
5. Owner gave the absolute sale deed to Party B (After 6 months of expiry of Sale agreement)
6. Owner did not show in EC about the Sale agreement to PartB
7. Owner Basically cheated the Party B

if there was a term/condition in the cell agreement that on non payment of balance sale consideration the sale agreement would expire and owner is free to send it to anyone else, then after such a sale the agreement holder/where is entire for return of whatever consideration he had paid.
