regarding transfer of ownership for my property

i bought a land few years back in the name of my brother's son. now when i want it to be transferred on my name,he refuse to do so and trying to sell it..what should i do?

Hi, We can prevent the brother's son from selling the land by filing an application in the court. In which city or state is your land situated? Do you have any legal agreement with your brother's son? Kindly reply so that we can proceed further.
