Regarding the purchase of floor

I want to purchase the floor which is built on roof. It has ground floor parking +three floors fully build and on roof he has made one portion with two bed rooma with drawing room. Builder is saying it is freehold building but for roof construction you cann't take loan so please suggest is it legal construction . Should we purchase it

Forty floor itself is illegal, so MCD can demolish the Saif floor anytime and registrar won’t even do sale deed for the same !
It’s better you must look for something legitimate n hire an expert advocate for such things
