Regarding the property dispute and husband pension

My husband is betrayed me after retirement and didn't give any pension and allumony after retirement, I have 2 child's one is boy and other is girl and he didn't do the responsibility of his child, and my maika is also not giving any help and nor sasural side doesn't provide any help.
