hi everyone, we have found a property was available which was my grandma's granny property. but no document found on any of our 20+ families, who has rights for that. though found some survey numbers through cmda maps. unable to step further with that, as it too old. need some valuable suggestion on this.
check patta documents and verify whether the land is still in your name. there is no hard and fast rule that you need the land original document to have ownership. patta document is more than sufficient. you can create a document on your own. there are ways, provided everyone is unanimously up for it.
