Regarding the money for further education
20-Dec-2024 (In Property Law)
I am a 22 year old girl and I have completed my engineering and I want do further studies but I am not getting financial support from my family even though they are wealthy and I have 24 year old brother and my parents always tell that will never give a single paisa to me and they give everything to my brother is this legal? Should actions be taken against my father ? I want money to study further !!please tell me a solution .
if the wealth of your father is either inherited in turn by his father or grown from the capital that he inherited in turn from his father. then only you will have a right of inheritance over that. if that is not the case and the wealth of your father is his self acquired then as per Law he is not required to spend on your further education, is a legal obligation ends with spending moderately on your marriage.
