Regarding the borrow money from moneylenders

24-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
I am facing a very difficult time and stress. My father purchased a house on loan.Due to loss in his business, he was unable to pay the loan. After several warnings from the bank, my father purchased lots of money from the moneylenders with very high interest rate. My father now has paid off loan but is not unable to pay the moneylenders the amount and they are increasing the interest rate a lot, and my father owe a lots of money to them(with high interest, even more than the price of the house). My father gifted me the house, and the moneylenders are always sending people for the recovery of the money. Am I responsible to pay all the money after death of my father? Am I required to pay only the house money or the house money along with the huge interest? I guess I am only responsible to pay the money of the house only, to with huge interest because I didn't do any contract with them, my father did? So please let me know am I responsible for huge interests as well or the just house?

file a civil case that the money lender should not disturb you because the money lenders they won't give in a legal manager only in the illegal manner they are asking more money with the interest amount so immediately you should file a civil case not to disturb your personal life in regarding the loan if they have any legal due they can approach the court and file a case and I cannot touch only the property of your father is your father has no property then you are not liable for that one
