Regarding Sale Deed of flat at Wagholi, Pune

We are currently in the process of purchasing a 2BHK resale property in Wagholi, Pune. We have obtained all the necessary documents except for the "Sale Deed." It's important to note that the stamp duty & registration fees have already been fully paid. However, the sale deed has not yet been executed between the builder and the owner. The bank is requesting us to provide the registration deed between the builder and owner. In this situation, can the
"Sale to Agreement" be considered equivalent?
The first purchase from the builder to the purchaser is Agreement to/for sale after that society is formed and builder conveys the whole building along with land to the society and hence in that case the first purchaser only have agreement copy and it suffice your purpose for further detail you can call me
