regarding registration of property

hi sir/mam my mother is affected with paralysis and she cannot walk write speak she has property of 500sq yards in her name when she was conscious she registered 250 sq yards in my younger brother name and we did not register yet he asked me to give 30 sq yards extra as he doesn't do any work I have agreed and now I want to register the220 sq yards in my name what is the process please help me out.

As your mother unable to walk due to paralysis you can obtain medical certificate and approach the SRO so thst he can come and register the property. But you approach an advocate and prepare the partition deed between you and your brother

As long as her mental condition is proper, you have to get property transferred through her, as she is title holder. Registration can be completed at home. which is permissible under Registration Act. Both the deeds can be executed at same time. consult for further info.
