Regarding query on Land with Dakhil kharij

Dear Sir, Good morning i have purchased the land around 1695 sq feet in lucknow & that's land belong to SC category but land was comes under u/s 143 Act .That land owner given the Power of attorney to one of the person(Minority) that person done the registry at the that time. My question is that shall i do the dakhil karij or not because how i will see my name of bhulekh and that land 143 was ok with me because i belong to general category. waiting your response.

As per your query you may file a mutation (dakhil kharij) with the order of 143 U.P.Z.A.L.R. Act. After filling of the mutation case the next date after 45 days. In bet the publication was made out and if there is no objection then the seller, the purchaser file his/ her statement and the lekhpal has file his report on the file. Thereafter the case file send to the Tahsildar for order.after order of mutation by Tahsildar the file was send to the computer room for update in bhulekh.
