Regarding partition of ancestral property
25-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi sir, My grandparents are dead. They have 3daughters and 1son.where one son is also dead... His son has 3daughters one is married... Grandparents have 7acers of land in a village.. How can this property will be divided please advice
If your grandfather has not left any Will or Gift deed and if it is an ancestral property of your grand parents then your all the 3 daughters and deceased son's daughters and his wife are having share in the property. Meanwhile the year of marriage of 3 daughters has to be checked and also the year of grand father's death to decide the inheritance rights of the 3 daughters.
