Regarding partition and separate possession under Hindu law

24-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
I have 6 Hectare of ancestral property and have mother and sister. District court decreed a civil appeal in favour of my sister and 2 Hectare i.e. 1/3rd share allotted to her in november 2011.My father was expired in 1957. The execution of this decree is in process since March 2012 through district collector. Meanwhile in December 2014 I have transferred the whole property to to my son and daughter. We hvae done this through Lower court and I have not given the information of District court decree and its implementation process to the lower court. Also I do not make my sister party in the lower court. Can my sister get her share? What could I do for not to get her any share? W e are Hindu.
