Regarding my mother can sale her house G+1.

Hi sir have a good day,
my mother want to sale the house because me and my brother have family problem But my brother not accept to sale the house. my mother can sale house without son's sign?. want to divide 3 for me and brother and mother.
note:- land registration is my mother name
வணக்கம். தாங்கள் தங்களது தாயார் பெயரில் உள்ள சொத்தினை தாராளமாக தங்களது சகோதரர் இல்லாமல் எழுதி வைக்கலாம் மேற்கண்ட சொத்தில் தங்களது சகோதரர் காண பங்கினை மட்டும் தவிர்த்துவிட்டு அச்சொத்தை யாருக்கு வேண்டுமானாலும் தாங்கள் registration செய்து தரளாம்.
