Regarding my land that is registered for jio and occupied by trepasser

I registered my land 5.5 cents to jio tower for around 15 years but someone establish temporary shelters in the given place.I approach jio from almost 1 year but they are neglected this issue
While giving the land for Jio tower do you have documents moreover if u gave the land got lease for particular period of time and the other person occupies then u need to take legal action against Jio tower and the person u occupied temporary because ur the owner of tat land u have full rights for it
