Regarding mutation of land not done by circle officer.

Dear Sir, I Pankaj Kumar Singh S/o Smt Sharda singh , At + Po - Marhowrah , Distt - Saran Bihar is like to draw your kind attention to the below noted - Sir, My mother Sharda singh has purchased land from Morton Confectionery Pvt . Ltd situated at Marhowrah on 28/12/2018 . I have applied for emulation but still I have not got any response from the Marhowrah local office. I have personally meet with karamchari also for this but they deniye to do my work. My mother is seriously ill and she is at the point of death. My land details are as under Sir. 1.
