Regarding land area dispute which is partioned around 18 yrs back

I have a property registerd to my name ,now my adjacent property owners trying to sale there area,but they claim they have some area in our land,how to deal this legally,I want to deal this legally to avoid unnecessary fights between us

The issue regarding the extent of property should be verified with the documents that you and your neighbour who had purchased your adjacent property.
On amicably verifying the area, you both can apply for measuring the land , whereby it will be sorted out legally.
After this they can sell their land and the buyer will also be benefited.
