Regarding daughter children rights on tenant property

My grandfather was a tenant after his death my father use to pay the rent of the house. He has 2 sister from that 1 has expired and the expired sister son is asking for a share from the tenant property the place is under redevelopment and all registration is on my fathers name will my aunty son is liable for the share from tenant property as per hindu succession law.
Your deceased aunt's son can not claim right as a legal heir in tenancy.But your another aunt can claim right in tenancy as a legal heir.Therefore you do not allow aunts son for tenancy right.If he went in court he will not get success.
