regarding cancel the sale of land

sir yesterday my elder uncle sell the paternal property (land) whose owner is my father and uncle both but after doing registry he deny to give us any money , is there any provision for getting back that piece of land plz help us reply soon
Well what is the proof that lands belongs to your father if u have a documentary proof than u can file a criminal case against ur uncles, otherwise u have to file a title suit for cancellation of that registered deed .which your uncle have executed...
